Since every item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for size issues.

• Defect? If the print is glitched or the fabric is torn, send us a photo within 48 hours. We will re-ship a new unit immediately. Refer to Refund Policy for more information.

To ensure maximum uptime and prevent structural degradation of your gear, please execute the following standard protocols:

• WASH: Execute cold-wash cycles only.
• ORIENTATION: Invert the unit (inside out) prior to washing to protect the integrity of graphic circuitry.
• DRYING: Air-dry only. Avoid thermal tumble dryers to prevent fiber stress and print shrinkage.
• IRONING: Never apply direct heat to printed or embroidered interfaces.
