RANGWAY: Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RANGWAY, we don’t believe in "off-the-shelf." Every order is custom-printed and crafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. This ensures high-quality results and zero waste, but it does mean it takes a few extra days to reach your doorstep.

1. Delivery Timelines

Our delivery process is split into two stages:

  • Stage 1: Production (2-3 Business Days): As a made-to-order brand, we require 48 to 72 hours to print, quality-check, and pack your gear.
  • Stage 2: Transit (2-5 Business Days): Once your order is handed over to our shipping partners, delivery takes another 2 to 5 days depending on your location.
  • Total Estimated Time: Most orders will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days of placing an order. 

Note: Deliveries to the Northeast or remote regions may occasionally take up to 10-12 business days via India Post.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer competitive shipping rates across India. The exact shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your pincode.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Fee: To facilitate Cash on Delivery, a non-refundable handling fee of ₹[Insert Fee, e.g., 50] is applicable.

3. Order Tracking

Once your RANGWAY gear is printed and dispatched, we will send you a Tracking Link via email and SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time as it makes its way to you.

4. Pincode Serviceability

We deliver to over 20,000+ pincodes across India. If our primary courier partners do not service your area, we will ship your order via India Post.

Please note: India Post orders may take longer (3-15 days) and may not provide end-to-end real-time tracking.

5. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, phone number, or the recipient being unavailable, a re-shipping fee will be applicable to send the parcel back to you.
  • We hold RTO packages in our facility for 100 days. After 100 days, unclaimed orders are discarded.

6. Lost in Transit

If an order is confirmed as lost by the courier company before delivery, RANGWAY will ship a brand-new replacement to you at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
